Using the zip or rar file
1.Download LTEFX11N.DLL
2.Extract LTEFX11N.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract LTEFX11N.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting LTEFX11N.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract LTEFX11N.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place LTEFX11N.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 LTEFX11N.DLL and press Enter.
