Using the zip or rar file
1.Download LXBFLCNT.DLL 8,10,0,0
2.Extract LXBFLCNT.DLL 8,10,0,0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract LXBFLCNT.DLL 8,10,0,0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting LXBFLCNT.DLL 8,10,0,0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract LXBFLCNT.DLL 8,10,0,0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place LXBFLCNT.DLL 8,10,0,0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 LXBFLCNT.DLL 8,10,0,0 and press Enter.
