Using the zip or rar file
1.Download LXBFLPAR.DLL 1.0.12.0
2.Extract LXBFLPAR.DLL 1.0.12.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract LXBFLPAR.DLL 1.0.12.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting LXBFLPAR.DLL 1.0.12.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract LXBFLPAR.DLL 1.0.12.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place LXBFLPAR.DLL 1.0.12.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 LXBFLPAR.DLL 1.0.12.0 and press Enter.
