Using the zip or rar file
1.Download LXBFUI5C.DLL 0,3,0,0
2.Extract LXBFUI5C.DLL 0,3,0,0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract LXBFUI5C.DLL 0,3,0,0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting LXBFUI5C.DLL 0,3,0,0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract LXBFUI5C.DLL 0,3,0,0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place LXBFUI5C.DLL 0,3,0,0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 LXBFUI5C.DLL 0,3,0,0 and press Enter.
