Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Ltwbl10n.dll
2.Extract Ltwbl10n.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Ltwbl10n.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Ltwbl10n.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Ltwbl10n.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Ltwbl10n.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Ltwbl10n.dll and press Enter.
