Using the zip or rar file
1.Download logmgr.dll
2.Extract logmgr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract logmgr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting logmgr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract logmgr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place logmgr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 logmgr.dll and press Enter.
