Using the zip or rar file
1.Download logonmgr.dll 6.10.0016.1624
2.Extract logonmgr.dll 6.10.0016.1624 from .zip. We recommend that you extract logonmgr.dll 6.10.0016.1624 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting logonmgr.dll 6.10.0016.1624.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract logonmgr.dll 6.10.0016.1624 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place logonmgr.dll 6.10.0016.1624 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 logonmgr.dll 6.10.0016.1624 and press Enter.
