Using the zip or rar file
1.Download loss613.dll
2.Extract loss613.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract loss613.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting loss613.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract loss613.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place loss613.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 loss613.dll and press Enter.
