Using the zip or rar file
1.Download lrresen.dll 2.0.0.963
2.Extract lrresen.dll 2.0.0.963 from .zip. We recommend that you extract lrresen.dll 2.0.0.963 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting lrresen.dll 2.0.0.963.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract lrresen.dll 2.0.0.963 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place lrresen.dll 2.0.0.963 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 lrresen.dll 2.0.0.963 and press Enter.
