Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ltdis10n.dll
2.Extract ltdis10n.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ltdis10n.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ltdis10n.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ltdis10n.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ltdis10n.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ltdis10n.dll and press Enter.
