Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ltdlg12n.dll 12.1.0.0082
2.Extract ltdlg12n.dll 12.1.0.0082 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ltdlg12n.dll 12.1.0.0082 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ltdlg12n.dll 12.1.0.0082.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ltdlg12n.dll 12.1.0.0082 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ltdlg12n.dll 12.1.0.0082 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ltdlg12n.dll 12.1.0.0082 and press Enter.
