Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ltih21ms.dll 6.1.1.0
2.Extract ltih21ms.dll 6.1.1.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ltih21ms.dll 6.1.1.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ltih21ms.dll 6.1.1.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ltih21ms.dll 6.1.1.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ltih21ms.dll 6.1.1.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ltih21ms.dll 6.1.1.0 and press Enter.
