Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ltimg90n.dll 9.00.0.007
2.Extract ltimg90n.dll 9.00.0.007 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ltimg90n.dll 9.00.0.007 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ltimg90n.dll 9.00.0.007.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ltimg90n.dll 9.00.0.007 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ltimg90n.dll 9.00.0.007 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ltimg90n.dll 9.00.0.007 and press Enter.
