Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ltkrn90n.dll 9.00.0.009
2.Extract ltkrn90n.dll 9.00.0.009 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ltkrn90n.dll 9.00.0.009 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ltkrn90n.dll 9.00.0.009.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ltkrn90n.dll 9.00.0.009 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ltkrn90n.dll 9.00.0.009 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ltkrn90n.dll 9.00.0.009 and press Enter.
