Using the zip or rar file
1.Download luinsdll.dll 1.62.17.0
2.Extract luinsdll.dll 1.62.17.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract luinsdll.dll 1.62.17.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting luinsdll.dll 1.62.17.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract luinsdll.dll 1.62.17.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place luinsdll.dll 1.62.17.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 luinsdll.dll 1.62.17.0 and press Enter.
