Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OBCMgr.dll
2.Extract OBCMgr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OBCMgr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OBCMgr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OBCMgr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OBCMgr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OBCMgr.dll and press Enter.
