Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ora7nt.dll
2.Extract ora7nt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ora7nt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ora7nt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ora7nt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ora7nt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ora7nt.dll and press Enter.
