Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OCE3XM.DLL 1.0.1.1
2.Extract OCE3XM.DLL 1.0.1.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OCE3XM.DLL 1.0.1.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OCE3XM.DLL 1.0.1.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OCE3XM.DLL 1.0.1.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OCE3XM.DLL 1.0.1.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OCE3XM.DLL 1.0.1.1 and press Enter.
