Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OCE4XMP.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract OCE4XMP.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OCE4XMP.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OCE4XMP.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OCE4XMP.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OCE4XMP.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OCE4XMP.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
