Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ODBC16UT.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract ODBC16UT.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ODBC16UT.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ODBC16UT.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ODBC16UT.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ODBC16UT.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ODBC16UT.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
