Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ODBC3216.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract ODBC3216.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ODBC3216.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ODBC3216.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ODBC3216.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ODBC3216.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ODBC3216.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
