Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ODBCMON.DLL 10.0.2002.0401
2.Extract ODBCMON.DLL 10.0.2002.0401 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ODBCMON.DLL 10.0.2002.0401 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ODBCMON.DLL 10.0.2002.0401.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ODBCMON.DLL 10.0.2002.0401 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ODBCMON.DLL 10.0.2002.0401 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ODBCMON.DLL 10.0.2002.0401 and press Enter.
