Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OEM04Cvw.dll
2.Extract OEM04Cvw.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OEM04Cvw.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OEM04Cvw.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OEM04Cvw.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OEM04Cvw.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OEM04Cvw.dll and press Enter.
