Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OINFOS11.DLL 11.0.5510
2.Extract OINFOS11.DLL 11.0.5510 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OINFOS11.DLL 11.0.5510 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OINFOS11.DLL 11.0.5510.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OINFOS11.DLL 11.0.5510 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OINFOS11.DLL 11.0.5510 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OINFOS11.DLL 11.0.5510 and press Enter.
