Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OLE2THK.DLL
2.Extract OLE2THK.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract OLE2THK.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OLE2THK.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OLE2THK.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OLE2THK.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OLE2THK.DLL and press Enter.
