Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OLEDB32X.DLL 02.10.3711.2
2.Extract OLEDB32X.DLL 02.10.3711.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OLEDB32X.DLL 02.10.3711.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OLEDB32X.DLL 02.10.3711.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OLEDB32X.DLL 02.10.3711.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OLEDB32X.DLL 02.10.3711.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OLEDB32X.DLL 02.10.3711.2 and press Enter.
