Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OLKFLT.DLL 9.0.0.1321
2.Extract OLKFLT.DLL 9.0.0.1321 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OLKFLT.DLL 9.0.0.1321 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OLKFLT.DLL 9.0.0.1321.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OLKFLT.DLL 9.0.0.1321 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OLKFLT.DLL 9.0.0.1321 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OLKFLT.DLL 9.0.0.1321 and press Enter.
