Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OMFCSAT.DLL 7.10.3077.0
2.Extract OMFCSAT.DLL 7.10.3077.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OMFCSAT.DLL 7.10.3077.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OMFCSAT.DLL 7.10.3077.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OMFCSAT.DLL 7.10.3077.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OMFCSAT.DLL 7.10.3077.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OMFCSAT.DLL 7.10.3077.0 and press Enter.
