Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OPENDS60.DLL 1998.11.132
2.Extract OPENDS60.DLL 1998.11.132 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OPENDS60.DLL 1998.11.132 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OPENDS60.DLL 1998.11.132.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OPENDS60.DLL 1998.11.132 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OPENDS60.DLL 1998.11.132 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OPENDS60.DLL 1998.11.132 and press Enter.
