Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ORANCDS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0
2.Extract ORANCDS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ORANCDS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ORANCDS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ORANCDS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ORANCDS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ORANCDS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 and press Enter.
