Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ORANLS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0
2.Extract ORANLS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ORANLS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ORANLS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ORANLS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ORANLS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ORANLS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 and press Enter.
