Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ORANTCPS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0
2.Extract ORANTCPS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ORANTCPS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ORANTCPS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ORANTCPS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ORANTCPS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ORANTCPS8.DLL 8.1.7.0.0 and press Enter.
