Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ORGCHART.DLL
2.Extract ORGCHART.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract ORGCHART.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ORGCHART.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ORGCHART.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ORGCHART.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ORGCHART.DLL and press Enter.
