Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OTCJODNT.DLL 3.51.1057.1
2.Extract OTCJODNT.DLL 3.51.1057.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OTCJODNT.DLL 3.51.1057.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OTCJODNT.DLL 3.51.1057.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OTCJODNT.DLL 3.51.1057.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OTCJODNT.DLL 3.51.1057.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OTCJODNT.DLL 3.51.1057.1 and press Enter.
