Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OUT128.DLL
2.Extract OUT128.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract OUT128.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OUT128.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OUT128.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OUT128.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OUT128.DLL and press Enter.
