Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OUTLRPC.DLL 9.0.26010
2.Extract OUTLRPC.DLL 9.0.26010 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OUTLRPC.DLL 9.0.26010 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OUTLRPC.DLL 9.0.26010.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OUTLRPC.DLL 9.0.26010 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OUTLRPC.DLL 9.0.26010 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OUTLRPC.DLL 9.0.26010 and press Enter.
