Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OUTLWAB.DLL 9.0.26050
2.Extract OUTLWAB.DLL 9.0.26050 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OUTLWAB.DLL 9.0.26050 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OUTLWAB.DLL 9.0.26050.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OUTLWAB.DLL 9.0.26050 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OUTLWAB.DLL 9.0.26050 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OUTLWAB.DLL 9.0.26050 and press Enter.
