Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OUTLWVW.DLL 9.0.24160
2.Extract OUTLWVW.DLL 9.0.24160 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OUTLWVW.DLL 9.0.24160 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OUTLWVW.DLL 9.0.24160.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OUTLWVW.DLL 9.0.24160 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OUTLWVW.DLL 9.0.24160 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OUTLWVW.DLL 9.0.24160 and press Enter.
