Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OWSDSC.DLL 1.00.01320
2.Extract OWSDSC.DLL 1.00.01320 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OWSDSC.DLL 1.00.01320 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OWSDSC.DLL 1.00.01320.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OWSDSC.DLL 1.00.01320 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OWSDSC.DLL 1.00.01320 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OWSDSC.DLL 1.00.01320 and press Enter.
