Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OWS.DLL 9.0.2626
2.Extract OWS.DLL 9.0.2626 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OWS.DLL 9.0.2626 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OWS.DLL 9.0.2626.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OWS.DLL 9.0.2626 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OWS.DLL 9.0.2626 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OWS.DLL 9.0.2626 and press Enter.
