Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ObjectMovie.dll 3,0,15,128
2.Extract ObjectMovie.dll 3,0,15,128 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ObjectMovie.dll 3,0,15,128 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ObjectMovie.dll 3,0,15,128.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ObjectMovie.dll 3,0,15,128 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ObjectMovie.dll 3,0,15,128 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ObjectMovie.dll 3,0,15,128 and press Enter.
