Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OpenLicense.dll 0.951.2046.37525
2.Extract OpenLicense.dll 0.951.2046.37525 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OpenLicense.dll 0.951.2046.37525 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OpenLicense.dll 0.951.2046.37525.
