Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Outlook.dll
2.Extract Outlook.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Outlook.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Outlook.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Outlook.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Outlook.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Outlook.dll and press Enter.
