Using the zip or rar file
1.Download o2wa3riq.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract o2wa3riq.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract o2wa3riq.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting o2wa3riq.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract o2wa3riq.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place o2wa3riq.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 o2wa3riq.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
