Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oakley.dll
2.Extract oakley.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract oakley.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oakley.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oakley.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oakley.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oakley.dll and press Enter.
