Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ochlp30e.dll
2.Extract ochlp30e.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ochlp30e.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ochlp30e.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ochlp30e.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ochlp30e.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ochlp30e.dll and press Enter.
