Using the zip or rar file
1.Download oct2dec.dll
2.Extract oct2dec.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract oct2dec.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oct2dec.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oct2dec.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oct2dec.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oct2dec.dll and press Enter.
