Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ocvt.dll 11.00.0716
2.Extract ocvt.dll 11.00.0716 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ocvt.dll 11.00.0716 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ocvt.dll 11.00.0716.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ocvt.dll 11.00.0716 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ocvt.dll 11.00.0716 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ocvt.dll 11.00.0716 and press Enter.
