Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ohselel.dll 3.3.0.1.2
2.Extract ohselel.dll 3.3.0.1.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ohselel.dll 3.3.0.1.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ohselel.dll 3.3.0.1.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ohselel.dll 3.3.0.1.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ohselel.dll 3.3.0.1.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ohselel.dll 3.3.0.1.2 and press Enter.
