Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ohselru.dll 3.3.0.1.2
2.Extract ohselru.dll 3.3.0.1.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ohselru.dll 3.3.0.1.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ohselru.dll 3.3.0.1.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ohselru.dll 3.3.0.1.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ohselru.dll 3.3.0.1.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ohselru.dll 3.3.0.1.2 and press Enter.
